What is physiotrekk?
PhysioTrekk is a new model for physical therapy, with the first clinic opening in Missoula, MT. It will be cash pay walk-in clinic that can reach a new population of clientele wanting direct, easy access to physical therapy without having to wait for an appointment or navigate insurance regulations.
What are the benefits of a walk-in PT clinic versus a traditional setting?
Both are great depending on what you want. The benefit of walk-in PT is getting treated when you need it or want it. There is no commitment for more than the visit that day. You can receive treatment, advice, answers on your schedule and choose to get more or not when you want or need it.
WHere is PhysioTrekk located?
PhysioTrekk is located in Toole Crossing at 812 Toole Avenue, Suite D. We share an entrance with Hunter Bay Coffee Roasters.

How much does a PT visit at PhysioTrekk cost?
We charge a flat rate pricing of $89 per visit for our standard appointment and $119 for our premium appointment.
Can I schedule an appointment ahead of time, or is it only walk-in?
You can schedule an appointment up to two weeks ahead of time. You can click on the red banner at the top of this page to reserve an appointment time. You will be required to enter payment information at time of scheduling.

Will I need a prescription from my doctor?
No, Montana has direct access for physical therapy services which means you do not need a prescription for PT.

Can my insurance be billed?
PhysioTrekk will not bill your insurance, we are only cash pay. We will provide you with a coded receipt for your visit that will allow you to submit your own claim to your insurance.

Can Medicare recipients utilize cash pay Physical Therapy services at PhysioTrekk?
Unfortunately, no. Medicare does not allow recipients to pay cash for covered services. We hope that changes.

What will my appointment include?
The visit will include an evaluation of your condition and screen for other factors, followed by an explanation that will help you understand what is causing your symptoms. Treatment at your visit may include hands-on care, exercise prescription with guided movement training, and education on tools for recovery. Your PT will also follow up with you via email 1-2 weeks after your visit to answer any questions or determine of further care is needed.

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY PHYSIOTREKK VISIT TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY?
Go to your health insurance company’s website and search HEALTH INSURANCE CLAIM FORM. Every insurance company varies where or how they allow their members access to these forms. Some will require the member to login and some will have them under downloadable forms without requiring a login.
Once you find the form, you will fill out the form completely by identifying the ICD-10 (the diagnosis codes) and CPT codes (codes for physical therapy services) that were used in your session. Since we are a direct pay company, ICD-10 and CPT codes will not automatically show on your invoice. You need to request these codes to be added on your PhysioTrekk invoice. To request an invoice showing the codes during your treatment, please contact us via email at info@physiotrekk.com and we will can provide these codes with a new invoice. 


Most forms can be scanned and emailed to insurance companies. If you have questions regarding this process, call or email your insurance provider and ask “how do I submit a health insurance claim form”.

Each insurance company and individual policy benefits vary. We cannot guarantee acceptance or reimbursement of any claim submitted. Further, we do not hold any liability for claim denials. Our direct pay model aims to keeps costs low and transparent, this is only possible by not directly accepting insurance. Thus, Physiotrekk cannot directly communicate with any insurance company.
